At JustBet, gaming is meant to be fun. For the vast majority of people it is a form of entertainment — but for some it can become a problem. This page explains how to keep play safe, how to recognise the warning signs, and where to get help.
JustBet is an online entertainment platform operated by JustBet, a company registered in Costa Rica providing entertainment and data-processing services.
JustBet is strictly for adults aged 18 or older. Gambling is a form of entertainment — it is not a way to make money, and it should never be used to manage debt or recover losses. Only ever play with money you can comfortably afford to lose, and set your own limits on time and spend before you start.
The following can be signs that gambling is becoming a problem. If several sound familiar, it may be time to take a break and seek support:
You can set your own deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly), take a cooling-off break of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days, or self-exclude for 6 months, 1 year or permanently — yourself, at any time, from Responsible gaming tools (also in your account menu). Lowering a limit applies at once; raising or removing one takes effect after 24 hours. A break cannot be undone or shortened early, and withdrawals stay available throughout.
If you would rather we apply a limit or a break for you, contact our team at support@just.bet and tell us what you would like.
JustBet is for adults only and must never be used by anyone under 18. If you share a device with children or others, please take steps to keep them from accessing your account:
If you are worried about your own or someone else's gambling, free and confidential support is available. These international organisations offer advice, self-help tools and contact with others:
We also encourage you to seek support services that are local to your country or region, as these can point you to help in your language and to services near you.
Set limits or take a break yourself from Responsible gaming tools. For help applying them, or any question about responsible gaming, contact support@just.bet. See also our Terms & Conditions.
