You made the game. Game Markets lets your players own part of it, and gives you a lasting share of it.
What you get when your game graduates
| You get | Details |
|---|---|
| 1,000 units (10%) | Locked 30 days, then 2% a week. They earn from the first week. |
| 10% of every trading fee on your game, in USD | For as long as it trades |
| Your Pack-share holders keep earning | Nothing changes for them |
How your game graduates
- Its lifetime net revenue (bets minus wins) reaches its bar. Your own bets don't count.
- It joins the queue, ranked by its last 30 days of revenue. JustBet Originals are ranked the same way.
- Auctions open 3 at a time. Your game gets 3 days' notice before its auction opens.
- Its floor price per unit and upgrade price come from its own revenue (the lower of its last 30 days and its last 90 days ÷ 3, no single player above a quarter), with the same rule as every game. Your own bets are left out here too. The game must have been live for 30 days to join the queue.
Can I hold shares of my own game?
Yes, like anyone. Your shares follow the same rules: Keep is the default, and Convert or Upgrade reserve early units, 1 per share, first come, from the game's 3,000, at most 1,000 per player. With your 1,000 creator units, a creator starts with at most 2,000 units (20%).
Can I refuse?
Creator choice is being finalised; until it is, nothing about a creator's game changes without notice.
How to help your game's auction
- Tell your players before and during the 72 hours, and share the auction page.
- Remind them: everyone pays the same price, from $1, and if the auction doesn't raise the $100 minimum everyone gets their money back.
What's not allowed
- Promising your players a fixed payout. Payouts follow the game's real results.
- Playing your own game to reach the bar. It doesn't count.
